Deepwave’s AirStack serves as the core software and application programming interface (API) for the AIR-T, enabling ultra-low-latency RF data transfer between the radio frequency (RF) system and NVIDIA GPUs for AI-driven analysis at the edge. This compact yet powerful software package includes all the necessary software and drivers for seamless communication with the AIR-T platform. It supports local or networked control of the transmitter, receiver, FPGA firmware, GPS, GPU drivers, Linux operating system, and Deepwave’s patented memory management drivers.
Designed for high-performance throughput applications, this architecture enables direct data transfer from RF receivers to a GPU-accelerated SDR system, optimizing memory management and minimizing latency. By utilizing GPU/CPU shared memory, the system efficiently executes AI-driven algorithms and parallel processing tasks. With the addition of a digital signal processor (DSP), wideband signal data passes through an FPGA for preprocessing before being written to shared memory, enabling enhanced data reduction, modulation, and other signal processing functions.
